Can tag up to two.  Can show 1 Market Beef Steer or 1 Dairy Steer.

December 17,2005

Must be weighed and tagged on Sat., December 17  from 9 a.m.12:00 noon at county tagging and weigh-in.

Beef QA and Show on Saturday, April 29 at H.C. Fairgrounds 10-noon. Steer must be shown at one show. May show outside of 4/29 Show, paper evidence sent to Extension  Office.*

July 1, 9:00-12:00**

Tuesday, July 25th at West Holmes High  School. Project Record book must be complete and brought to judging.

All animals must be dehorned and bulls castrated before the December weigh-in. Wgt. min. at the fair: 800 # traditional breeds, 700# Highlanders, 600# Galloways

No health papers required.  However you must follow state guidelines.  DUNF (Drug Use Notification Form) due at fair weigh-in.*

 Market Dairy Steer

   

Can tag up to two.  Can show 1 Dairy Steer or 1 Market Beef Steer.

No health papers required.  However you must follow state guidelines.  DUNF (Drug Use Notification Form) due at fair weigh-in.
